In the digital wave of the 21st century, Kimmely officially launched the IN3· Digital benchmark Factory project on January 11, 2025. The background of this project is based on digital transformation, which aims to promote the transformation of enterprises to collaborative manufacturing and agile flexibility, so as to achieve enterprise management upgrade and process reengineering, and finally establish a mature and leading digital system.
At present, complete sets of business have many deficiencies in digitization, lack of online data support, resulting in frequent problems such as discontinuous cooperation between departments, data lag and low efficiency. IN3 project came into being, its goal is to introduce a more scientific, mature and leading complete set of manufacturing digital operation system, in order to support the data collaboration and operation efficiency of internal departments, open up the internal cycle, achieve rapid delivery of the factory, and empower the market side of business competitiveness. This project involves digitization of the entire value chain and aims to make Kimmely an innovation leader in the electrical equipment industry.
At this launch, a clear process for project collaboration is essential. The IN3 project will involve eight business modules and seven divisions of the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) smart factory, totalling 74 core function points. This will help to open up the information islands of all links and improve internal operating efficiency.
